Welcome to Kindergarten!

We are going to have such a wonderful year together. I look forward to seeing you Wednesday for Kindergarten Orientation and Thursday to begin our school year. Happy last days of summer!

End of Year Pictures

I cannot believe it's all over. What an amazing year we had together. Our "End of Year Celebration" was a blast! Thanks for all your support parents. Have a wonderful summer!!

Here is our "Last Day of Kindergarten" pictures :) I will miss this group very much! However, they are ready to move on to 1st grade!

Math Groups

We are learning about the four Uniter States coins this week. We have sorted coins and learned about their worth. We even started to add coins together and talked about making change.

Visiting Chicks

We were lucky to go pay a visit to the chicks in 2H last week. The kindergarteners were thrilled to get to see and play with the new chicks.

Earth Day

On Friday we celebrated Earth Day!  The students created Earth day shirts and hats. We watched multiple videos about what it means to reduce, reuse, and recycle. Students had to write all the ways they do these things every day. We ended the day going on a nature hunt looking for things we find in nature around our school.

3rd Graders Read Aloud to KG

Today, two 3rd graders read aloud stories to our class. They were the "assistant principals" for the day.
